| Yes. Please note that the information you specify while filling
the form, will be appeared with every advertisement you place on bhoomi,
under "Contact Details". If you put falls information, interested
parties won't be able to contact you. |

| Once you log in to your account, you'll be seeing the
User Welcome Page. On the Welcome Page, you'll get a panel on your
left, which allows you to place new advertisements. Placing an advertisement
is nothing but filling a form. It's never been easier. Once you completed

but my City is not listed under my District! What do I do now? |
| Simply Email
us the City and the District. We'll update the City List with your
suggestion right away. |

| 8. Why is it a must to mention a price
for my property? Can't I proceed without the price? What if I do not
want to mention the price? |
| On Bhoomi, every advertisement goes online with a price
since it's easier for a customer to search for advertisements according
to his/her requirements (specially the budget). Therefore, you need
to specify the price for your property. If your prices change from
time to time, you can mention it in "Detailed Description" area. If
your price depends on the Buyer, we suggest you to put the Maximum
expected price and mention "Negotiable". |

| 9. How do I upload Photographs of
my property to the Advertisement? |
| It's Easy!!!!... When you're going down the page, filling
the Advertisement Form, you'll get 5 options to upload up to 5 Photographs!

| 10. Is it a must to Upload Photographs
with my advertisement? |
| No. You can place your advertisement without Photographs.
But please note that Photographs will attract more customers to your
property, and your advertisement will appear on front page from time
to time. Therefore, we recommend that you should upload at least one
photograph of your property along with the advertisement for better

| 11. I have "Printed" Photographs
of my property (Taken from a Film Camera). But I do not have a Scanner!
What do I do? |
| In that case, you can place the advertisement without
the images first. Then you can send the photographs by post to our
Office
mentioning the Advertisement Reference Number. We will scan the Photographs
and upload them to your advertisement for you. |

| 12. Is there a limitation for the
information that I can put when placing an advertisement? |
| No....!! There's no limitation for the information. You
can mention anything related to your property. Remember..."More Information,
More Visibility"!!! |

| 13. I have finished placing the advertisement.
Now how long will it take to appear on Bhoomi? |
| Once you place an advertisement, you'll receive a confirmation
email and then your advertisement will be sent for the "Administrator's
Approval". Once the Administrator approves your advertisement, it
will be listed on the website and you will be notified via email.
This process will take a maximum of two working days. |

| 14. How do I know if my advertisement
was approved? |
| Once the administrator approved your advertisement, you'll
receive an email from Bhoomi mentioning the web link and the Reference
Number. |

| 15. Can I place more than one advertisement?
Is there a limit? |
| A Bhoomi registered user can place any number of advertisements.
But, you have to make sure you place only one advertisement per property. |

| 16. How do I update an existing advertisement?

| Please log in to your account, and then click on the
link "View my advertisements" in the panel on your left. Then it'll
display the number of advertisements that you have placed under each
category. Select the category. Then you'll get a list of advertisements
that you have placed under the category you have selected. Please
click on the link "Update", right in front of the advertisement that
you wish to update. Then you'll get to the "Update" mode. You can
change all the data in every field. You can even add/remove Images.
Once you're done, please click on "Add to Bhoomi.lk" button. Please
note that once you update your advertisement, new information will
be sent to the approval of the administrator be put online. - More.... |

| 17. How do I delete an advertisement
that I do not want online anymore? |
| Please retrieve your advertisement first by clicking
"View My Advertisements" as mentioned above. Then click on "Delete".

| 18. For how long can I keep an advertisement
on Bhoomi? Is there a time limit? |
| Yes. When you place an advertisement for a Property for
SALE, it will be displayed on Bhoomi for 60 days after approval. If
it's a Property for Rent / Lease, the advertisement will be on Bhoomi
for 30 days. But, you can keep extending the duration of your advertisement
until you trade your property. When the advertisement is about to
expire, you'll receive an email requesting to change the duration
of your advertisement. If you do not respond to the e-mail or change
the ad duration, it will be automatically expired and will be taken
off the web site. |

| 19. How do I change / extend the
duration of an advertisement? |
| Please go to the "Update" mode of your advertisement,
and you'll get the option to Change the duration of your ad on the
bottom of the page. Please note that if your advertisement is for
a Property for Rent / Lease, the maximum duration is 30 Days. If it
is a Property for Sale, the maximum duration will be 60 days. - More.... |

| 20. My Advertisement has Expired!!
How do I make it available on Bhoomi Again? |
Please simply login to your user account and click
on "View Expired Advertisements". Then retrieve your advertisement
and go to the "Update" mode. Scroll down the page and set the "Advertisement
Duration". - More....
If you're unable to Activate your Expired advertisement, please
send us an email mentioning the Advertisement Reference Number.

| 21. I don’t have online connectivity
to the Internet to place my advertisement online. How can I place
my real estate advertisement in Bhoomi? |
| Please send your property details by fax / mail (if possible
with some photographs), we will place the advertisement for you free
of charge. Once it is online the Bhoomi Support Team will inform you. |

| 22. PROBLEM occurred while placing
the advertisement. When I filled the form and clicked on the SUBMIT
button, it took me to the Home page instead of the COMPLETION page.
And, my advertisement was not placed! Why did that happen? |
| While you're filling the web form to place your advertisement
on bhoomi, please make sure that you do not DISCONNECT your Internet
connection. Also, do not take more than 15 Minutes to complete the
web form since the web site logs you out from your account after 15
minutes of idle time. We have taken that measure for the customers’
own security. |
