as per my requirements? |
| It's Easier like never before....!! We have categorized
all the properties related to Sri Lanka Real Estate on Bhoomi as "Houses",
"Lands", "Apartments", "Commercial Buildings", "Guest Houses" and
"Wanted". So, simply click on the Category that you wish. Then it'll
take you to a page that lets you search the properties as per your
requirement. You can just search all the properties in that category
or you can customize your search by mentioning the "District", "City",
"No. of Rooms", "No. of Floor", "Size of the Land".. etc.. - More...

to my requirements. Is there anything else I can do? |
| YES!!! Do not lose hopes if you didn't find any property
that fulfills your requirements!!! Still, you can USE Bhoomi to find
a property! For people like you, we have allocated a category called
"WANTED". You can easily place an advertisement under "WANTED" Category.
For example, if you're looking for a house in Nugegoda, Kottawa, Maharagama
areas, you can place an advertisement by selecting MULTIPLE CITIES. |

| 3. How do I place a WANTED Advertisement?

It's Easy! Simply follow the below steps.
- Register yourself first.- How
to...
- Log-in to your account.
- Click on the "SECOND OPTION" of the WELCOME Page which says
"I couldn't find the property I am looking for. Therefore I
wish to place a wanted advertisement"
- Please Fill out the Form. You can even add Many Proffered Cities.
Simply select the City, and click on "Add a City". Again select
a City and click on "Add a City". Likewise you can add any number
of Cities under the Same District as per your preference.
- Then click on "Add to Bhoomi.lk". - How

| 4. What is the Benefit that I get
by advertising my Requirements under WANTED Category! |
| When a PROPERTY SELLER advertises his/her property on
Bhoomi under a particular City, our System automatically Sorts out
the "WANTED ADVERTISEMENTS" place under the same city and sends them
to that particular PROPERTY SELLER. And the Seller can have a Quick
Review of the Wanted advertisements placed under the same city. And
if the Seller finds any Wanted Advertisement that matches his/her
property, he/she might CALL YOU!!!!! |

according to my Requirements!! But I need some further information
of the Properties!! Whom should I contact? |
| In that case, please note that you'll have to contact
the "Property Owner" through the Contact Details mentioned in the
Advertisement. We're sorry, we do not have more information than what
we have on Bhoomi. Because, all the advertisements on Bhoomi are placed
by the "Property Owners". You can contact them through their, Email,
Postal Address, or Phone Number. |

on Bhoomi is available or not? |
| Bhoomi Support Team checks the availability of the properties
advertised on the web site monthly basis. In that way, we make sure
all the advertisements on Bhoomi are available. There might be few
properties Sold / Rented Out, during that month’s time. |
