The main share holders are The Finance Co.Ltd., S & L Investments Ltd., Ceylinco Insurance Co.Ltd. & Ceylinco Homes International Ltd. In November 2001 we repositioned our Company as “CEYLINCO PROSPERITY (PVT) LTD” as a part of our expansion programme.

»     Main lines of business of Ceylinco Prosperity (Pvt) Ltd..,are Property Development , House building , Fund Management and operating a Prop- Mart (Brokering Services)

»     We Completed Housing Projects at Thalawathugoda, Anderson Road , Dehiwala, and Wijerama Nugegoda, we have an on going project at Kaduwela.
