When you fill out the application form where you put the details of your advertisement, make sure you put the maximum details you can. Remember, More Details, More Attraction. And, when you’re putting details, try to put some “Keywords” that other people use to search properties in Search Engines.

Eg: You have a newly built house for sale in Kandy. It’s better to put “Brand new house for sale in Kandy”, than just putting “House for Sale”. Because, if someone searches the keyword “House for sale in Kandy” in a Search Engine, the chances that your advertisement appeared on the top results are high. |
You already know that you can upload up to 5 Photographs of your property! Even when you take photographs, it’s up to you to make them look very attractive. You can try taking photographs in different angles and see which the most attractive pictures are.

Do you know how the Bhoomi Property Search works?? When you select your criteria and click on the “Search” button, it first lists the advertisements with Photographs. After those advertisements, the ads without photographs are displayed. Therefore, if you want Priority to your advertisement, upload all the 5 photographs of your property.
